Operations & Logistics Coordinator

mfpen is looking for an individual with a background in operations and administration to oversee our logistics and B2B aftersales, as well as day-to-day affairs at our head office. The ideal candidate has experience in logistics and inventory management to ensure cost effective and timely deliveries for B2B partners. The position requires an individual who is highly organised and forward thinking with regards to retaining customers and further sales opportunities. This is a key position within the company, thus being self-motivated and responsible is an absolute must.

We consist of a small but strong team of passionate individuals, working from our beautiful office in central Copenhagen with views of Strøget. We care about the good office atmosphere, eating lunch together and regularly having social dinners.

Tasks include (but not limited to):

· Daily logistics communication with warehouse to coordinate shipments
· Ensuring timely deliveries
· Following customer manuals and requests for delivery instructions
· Booking shipments through partner portals for key international accounts

· After sales order management & customer support for B2B
· Special support for B2B claims, returns, exchanges and reorders
· Invoicing, account statements and transfer overview for bookkeeping
· Coordinate B2B online sales and suggest relevant marketing
· Accurately managing data in admin platform Traede, from account details to customs information

· Collaborate with production team on bulk production deliveries
· Inventory and office management
· In addition to role specific responsibilities, all members of staff are expected to assist with e-com and campaign shoots, help with events and be part of creative energy in the studio.

Profile and qualifications:
· Based in Copenhagen or willing to relocate at own expense
· Preferred 3 years experience from similar role
· Relevant education is an advantage
· Highly organised, structured and proactive in task follow-up
· Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
· Fluent in English, both written and spoken (Danish is not a requirement)
· Knowledge of ERP solution platform (Traede, Joor, Spy etc), Traede is considered a plus
· Knowledge of Webshipper is considered a plus

The position is full time and in-person (not hybrid/remote) at the mfpen Copenhagen office.
