When you are shopping at mfpen.com you automatically accept our Terms & Conditions when completing your order. We therefore advise you to read through the below mentioned terms and conditions before you purchase on the site.

Placing an order
We reserve the right to cancel your order in one of the following situations:
· Your payment information is incorrect or cannot be verified.
· Your order has been placed for the purpose of committing fraud, etc. or committed in connection with a criminal act or other illegal activity.
· An unintentional error occurs on the website, for example a payment error, item is out of stock etc.
Payments will only be captured when the order is being fulfilled at our warehouse. If an order is subject to a cancellation, the payment will not be captured.
Deliveries and shipping
Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days (Monday - Friday).
European orders will be shipped by GLS and international orders with UPS express or DHL.
Tracking numbers will be provided by email.
All orders are being shipped from Denmark.
mfpen is not responsible for merchandise that is damaged or lost during transportation. We always pack everything carefully, thereby minimizing possible damage.
All shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Payments
We accept card payments, ApplePay or PayPal.

Pricing, VAT and customs
EU orders:
Due to the European OSS rules, the VAT value is based on the customers country tax, prices can differ depending on the customer location. VAT and final price will be shown at check out.
US orders:
Orders to the US with a total value exceeding 800 USD may be subject to additional import and customs charges. To avoid this, consider splitting your order.
Note that the total order value is calculated before any promotional codes are applied at checkout.
AU orders:
Orders to Australia with a total value exceeding AUD 1,000 may be subject to additional import, GST, and customs charges. To avoid this, consider splitting your order. The total order value is calculated before any promotional codes or discounts are applied at checkout.
UK orders:
Orders to the United Kingdom include VAT and will be sent DDP (Delivery Duty Paid).
International non-EU orders (excluding UK):
All international non-EU orders are VAT free.
Price at check out is shown without VAT, if your IP address is not located correctly, the VAT will be deducted when your delivery address is entered.
Local customs or import taxes can be charged at destination, these charges are at the responsibility of the customer.
We must adhere to all international import/export laws. If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), as well as the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
Appropriate information for EU trade agreements is included on the invoice with the parcel. You can find more information about such agreements on the European Commission website.
Returns, exchanges and claims
Returns:
Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery of your order. Returns must be registered via the Return Portal. Returns not registered through the portal will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in its original condition – unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please note that the products are your liability until they are safely received back at our warehouse and must include a return invoice.
Please note that it can take up to 14 days for the return to be processed. When the return has been processed and accepted, the refund amount usually appears on your account within 2-7 working days, depending on your card provider. Additionally, costs associated with returning items will be deducted from the refund.
Handling fees for returns:
A handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.

OUTSIDE EU: 20€
Exchanges:
Exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery of your order. Exchanges must be registered via the Return Portal. Exchanges not registered through the portal will not be accepted.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition - unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please note that the products are your liability until they are safely received back at our warehouse and must include a return invoice.
Once the package arrives at our warehouse, we will proceed with the exchange. Please be aware that exchanges are not guaranteed, and we reserve the right to cancel the exchange.
Please note that it can take up to 14 days for the exchange to be processed.
